Picture Taken with ILFORD Sportsmaster

Taken with Sportsmaster 381884 near Arley Station, Severn Valley Railway, 24th May 2006. The locomotive is No.42968, a Stanier class 5F (or sometimes 6P5F) 2-6-0; built at Crewe in 1934 (my thanks to David Muggleton for this information). The film was a Jessops brand 100ASA, and hence the shutter speed would have been around 1/250sec. The aperture isn't known, but it was an overcast day, threatening rain, so I'd guess the aperture to be f5.6 to f4. The original print, on Ilford Multigrade, is very adequately sharp at a 6x enlargement.
