Ilford Pixie, 1966

The Ilford Pixie was maufactured by AGI (Aeronautical & General Instruments) of Croydon around 1966.

AGI (Agilux) are better known for their Agifold (1950s) roll film and Agimatic (1957) and Agiflex (1960) 35mm cameras. Some AGI camera history appears in Photographica World No.111, Vol.1, 2005, by Brian Wilkinson.

The Ilford Pixie was a simple plastic 12 on 127 (4cm square) camera with a fixed focus lens and two apertures, 'sunny' and 'dull'.
